DataShyre Introduces Next-Generation Agentic AI Agent Network for Privacy and Compliance

DALLAS, Texas – DataShyre today announced the launch of the DataShyre Agent Network, a new Agentic AI Agent Network designed to transform how organizations manage privacy, compliance, consent, data governance, and regulatory risk.

While traditional privacy software helps teams document compliance and AI chatbots can answer questions, the DataShyre Agent Network is designed to go further. It acts as the intelligent orchestration layer across the DataShyre platform, continuously analyzing privacy requirements, organizational policies, and actual system behavior before helping teams execute the work required to close identified gaps.

Chatbots answer questions. MCP servers expose tools. The DataShyre Agent Network does the work.

“Privacy teams don’t need another dashboard telling them they have a problem,” said a DataShyre spokesperson. “They need technology that understands why the problem exists, determines what needs to happen next, and can help execute the remediation. That’s the shift from AI-assisted privacy to agentic privacy.”

Agentic AI Built Around Three Sources of Truth

Running a modern privacy program requires organizations to continuously reconcile three different realities: legal obligations, documented policies, and operational systems.

Regulations define what an organization must do. Internal policies establish what the organization has committed to doing. Websites, applications, SaaS platforms, data warehouses, marketing technologies, and AI systems reveal what is actually happening.

The DataShyre Agent Network reasons across all three.

When discrepancies appear, the platform can surface them, prioritize them based on risk, recommend remediation, and, where authorized, take action.

A consumer opt-out signal might be recorded correctly while data continues flowing to a downstream marketing platform. A consent experience may no longer align with updated regulatory guidance. A privacy request may be approaching its required response deadline.

Instead of waiting for the next audit, the Agent Network is designed to continuously identify these conditions.

From AI Assistance to Agentic Data Mapping

The Agent Network also introduces Agentic Data Mapping, enabling organizations to build and maintain their data inventories with significantly less manual effort.

Agents connect with enterprise systems, discover and classify data, analyze contracts, and document processing activities. As systems and processing activities change, the organization’s data map can evolve alongside them.

The platform can classify information by sensitivity, category, and purpose while helping organizations maintain the records necessary for privacy governance and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).

Always-On Risk Detection With Remediation Attached

DataShyre’s approach is designed around identifying actionable risk rather than generating more alerts.

The Agent Network continuously compares live configurations and data flows against regulatory requirements and organizational commitments. Findings can be prioritized according to real-world enforcement exposure and presented alongside recommended corrective actions.

With organizational permission, appropriate remediation can also be automated.

This creates a progression from detection to reasoning to action, reducing the amount of repetitive work required from privacy, legal, compliance, security, and technology teams.

Risk Assessments That Start Themselves

The DataShyre Agent Network also brings agentic automation to privacy and risk assessments.

Instead of beginning every assessment with a blank questionnaire, agents can pre-populate responses using information already available from connected systems, configurations, contracts, and processing activities.

Each automated response can be associated with its source. When sufficient evidence isn’t available, the system is designed to request human input rather than simply generate an answer.

Agents can then route unanswered questions to the appropriate stakeholders and identify contradictions before an assessment is submitted.

The Infrastructure Behind DataShyre’s Privacy Platform

The Agent Network serves as the intelligence and orchestration layer connecting DataShyre’s broader privacy capabilities, including Consent Management, DSR Automation, Data Mapping, Risk Assessments, Marketing Preference Management, AI Governance, and continuous compliance monitoring.

The result is a privacy platform designed around execution rather than documentation alone.

As organizations adopt increasingly complex data and AI ecosystems, DataShyre believes the next generation of privacy technology will not simply provide teams with more information. It will continuously understand the environment, identify what needs attention, and help complete the work.

This is what agentic privacy looks like.
